Real Estate Relocation
How we can help!
BuyersUSA Relocation, LLC, the owner of this and other home search related Websites, has been helping individuals and families relocate since November, 1991. For over 19 years we’ve been providing valuable information to people moving all the way across the country, or just to a nearby state. We’ve enjoyed helping thousands and thousands of home buyers get the information they need to make a “smooth move” to a new destination. Whether you find this information from our specific city pages (demographics, schools, airports and hospitals data, facts about the city and more) or want more, we’re here for you. To get started, click on your destination state on the map below and then choose the city. You’ll find all kinds of useful facts on the city page.
Peace of Mind for your Move!
A major move can be daunting. We know. If your career is taking you to another city, or you’ve made the decision yourself to be closer to family and friends, there are so many facts that you need to gather. What area of town? Where are the best schools? The most stable neighborhoods? A free home buyer’s relocation package customized for you can help fill in the blanks and enable you to make more informed decisions. Plus, if you choose to request our relocation package, you’ll also get a dedicated relocation agent ready to send you detailed home information too. No matter where you are moving to, we can help provide the information you need.
What are my options when I move?
There are many factors you’ll have to consider in order to answer this. If you do not have a home to sell in your current city, you may decide that the easiest and least disruptive solution is to purchase a home before you arrive so that you and your family can move straight into your new home. If you are waiting for your home to sell, you may be forced to move twice – once into a rental home and then later into your new home. If you’ve had some negative financial history, you may also have to rent until you’ve brought your scores up over 650-700. It’s best to talk to a mortgage company if you have any questions about whether you’ll qualify for a mortgage when you move.
What homes are available?
If you decide to use one of our relocation counselors, you’ll find that you’ll have a lot of choice when it comes to finding a new home. You may decide to take advantage of this current buyers market and buy a foreclosed home or distressed home (short sale). Or you may find a builder willing to let one of his new homes go at a rock bottom price. Even many regular sellers are realistic in their pricing strategies. But the bottom line is that by requesting a home buyer’s relocation package through BuyersUSA Relocation you will start on the right path to a “smooth move”. You’ll start getting customized listing information from our agent so that you can familiarize yourself with the kind of home you should be able to buy in your price range.
